When I founded RED advisory, my vision was clear:
Create a company that provides high-quality accounting, financial, and legal services with an unwavering focus on customer service excellence.
My main motivation was to meet a market need while elevating the accounting profession in Costa Rica.
From the beginning of my professional career, I observed that many companies in Costa Rica offering these services are often backed by international entities.
I set out to change this perception and demonstrate that Costa Rican professionals are capable of supporting other companies, both locally and globally.
The journey has not been easy. To fulfill this purpose, we need to have the best team members, and sometimes this has required making difficult decisions.
Some clients only seek to comply with the tax authorities at the lowest possible cost, without appreciating the impact of quality accounting service. For this reason, I have had to part ways with clients who do not share the same vision.
